- Lead threshold not reached: To be eligible for reimbursement, the minimum number of 50 leads per agency must be checked on the dashbord (dashboard available in the pro area on the www.bazzile.app website) during the year in which the package is used.
- Timely notification: The customer must notify any dissatisfaction with the lead threshold at the end of the annual period of use of the promotional package by email at bazzile@bazzile.com.
- Complaints process: All complaints should be sent to bazzile@bazzile.com .
